Acrylic sheeting

Our Acrylic sheet exhibits exceptional characterisitics and outstanding properties, it has good thickness and rigidity, light-stability and low internal stress levels for consistent performance.

Acrylic sheet is a light weight, weather-resistant, chemical resistant, thermoplastic. It can be easily fabricated, formed, finished, cemented, painted and decorated. Its ease of fabrication make it ideal for exhibit and displays, decorative paneling, display cases, light diffusers, and many other uses and areas. It is easy to clean and warm to the touch.

Economical. Weather resistant. Rigidity, strength and stiffness. Greater safety than annealed glass. Light weight: half the weight of glass.

Acrylic sheet can be cut to any shape or size using normal wood working tools, it can also be cut with a laser, CNC machine or water jet.

Acrylic is a material that does not allow survival of mirco organisms on its surface. It can be used in Hospitals or wherever hygene is a concern, it is not affected by standard cleaning agents like detergents or soaps.

Photoluminous materials are not applied to the surface of the acrylic by means of painting, screen print or foils, but are part of the acrylic itself, breaks or scratches to the acrylic will not prevent it from emmiting light, it will emit light from the front, back and sides. Acrylic is not affected by water or ultra violet light so can be used in marine, damp or humid applications safetly.

Standard Glow Colours: Yellow Green, Blue Green, Turquoise, Dark Blue and Purple.

Photoluminous acrylic sheets can be used for many products, fire safety and exit signs, light diffusers, wall and door panels, cut into fun shapes for glowing fridge magnets or badges, used as glowing lampshades or even vacuum formed for items such as bathtubs!

Acrylic sheet can be decorated in the same way as a normal acrylic so pictures and text can glow at night.

Photoluminous acrylic sheeting is now available in 3mm, 6mm and 12mm thickness.
